Jensen Covid-19 information

JENSEN MEAT RESPONDS To COVID-19

We are working differently, but are committed to our customers and partners to ensure that our families have food in these uncertain times; responsibly and safely. Our commitment to doing the right thing and putting people first will continue to guide every decision we make.

How we are handling employee travel:
  • All non-essential business associated travel has been restricted.
  • All non-essential intra-facility traffic has been restricted.
  • We ask all employees to inform us of any upcoming travel plans.
  • Any employee returning from vacation or travel is screened in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Temperature Taking:
  • Dedicated 24/7 temperature monitoring using multiple technologies in a temperature-controlled, optimal environment in order to combat cool outdoor temperatures for employees arriving at the facility. This applies to employees and contractors.
Tracking:
  • Daily tracking by location, number of employees calling in sick, days out, symptoms, quarantined employees, and employees on vacation.
  • All call-ins are reviewed on a daily basis by facility to assess trends.
